At Circle Heart Creations & Boutique, we will offer crafting supplies, boutique items, and home decor. As we grow, we would like to offer a surprise monthly box (this is a dream of mine}. Everyone deserves a little joy in their lives, and what a better way than to buy a surprise box for yourself or to give away as a sweet gift for a special someone. This box will be called simply, "JOY".
