Return Policy

There is a 14 day return policy from purchase date

If 14 days have expired, we can no longer honor the return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If tags were attached, we would like the item returned with the tags and in the packaging it came in. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return, unless we made in error or there is a flaw with the item.

Items not returnable are but not limited to:

*Intimates

*Gift Cards

*Health & Personal Care Items

*Any item that is returned after the 14 day allowable return time

*Sale Items

Refunds- (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email from us to let you know that we received the item and whether we approved it for refund. 

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days of approval.

Please allow a few days for credit to show up. If you don't see it contact your bank and or credit card company.  Contact us if none of the above have resulted in your credit.  You may reach us at:  circleheartcreations@gmail.com.

Sale items can not be returned or refunded.  Only regular priced items can be refunded.  Please read above for instructions.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will exchange an item if it is defective or damaged or  if we made an error in the item shipped.  Please contact us first, since we may not have the exact same item in stock.  Email us at: circleheartcreations@gmail.com.  You may return your item to:

We will reimburse shipping once we inspect the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item.  Although, we do free shipping on most of our items, on those that we require shipping, the shipping cost will be non-refundable. (Please see Returns above, for more information).

Depending on where you live, the shipping time will vary. We try to ship within 2 days of a purchase, but we strive to get the purchase out that same day. We will give you a tracking number to keep track of your purchase.  If you are returning and shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
